rated 3 out of 5 Bummed!

I'm disappointed to say that I'll be returning this watch. It's AWESOME looking, and has a lot of really cool functions, but unfortunately I bought it to use during triathlon training and races and the following things render it useless for that purpose:
1. The stopwatch feature only displays time up to 59 minutes, 59 seconds. Unfortunately, I'm not that fast (yet).
2. I was very excited to learn that the buttons on Casio watches can be pushed under water, as long as they have a water resistance rating of at least 100m. (I emailed Casio to find that out.) However, while in stopwatch mode, there is no way to save your split times. So, unless I'd like to stop my swim workout and write down my split time, this feature is also not at all helpful.

Please note: If I had purchased this watch to use as a general sport watch, I'd give it 5 stars, and I would NEVER return it. It's a truly fabulous watch. That's part of what makes it shortfalls so disappointing!

rated 4 out of 5 Great watch
by SUPpaddle808 from Hawaii, 2009-08-21

This is a great watch, it makes me feel so green with its rechargeable battery. The numbers are nice and large which is great for someone who has eye issues. It's a little bit pinker than pictured. I actually thought the watch was white and that the "pink" in the title actually referred to the lettering on the watch. It's a very small con though for all that I'm getting. The watch is tough, and can handle water resistance to a fairly profound depth, which is exactly what I need since I'm a dedicated Stand Up Paddle boarder and surfer. I have a small wrist, so the length of the band is pretty good. It's a little long for me, but that's okay because my niece has a fairly large wrist and she has trouble finding watches that fit her properly. I bought one for her too and it fits her nicely. Great watch, highly recommend it, especially for the price. I've been shopping around for the solar powered Baby-G's for awhile including ebay and this is the best price by far!
